Terms
These Terms govern your access to Respanda. By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing Respanda Plus, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and consumer rights
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, or use Respanda with authorization from a parent or guardian. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited in your country.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure attributable to Respanda. Tell the operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or used to impersonate another person.
The service
Respanda provides meal planning, recipe, pantry, shopping, sharing, cooking, image-analysis, and AI-assistance tools. Features may depend on compatible devices, network access, third-party services, and the selected plan. Generated suggestions and detected items are drafts for your review; you decide whether to save, share, purchase, prepare, or consume anything based on them.
AI, nutrition, and food safety
Respanda assists with meal planning but does not provide medical, dietary, or professional nutrition advice. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for you. Always independently verify allergens, ingredient labels, cross-contamination risks, expiry dates, safe storage, preparation steps, and cooking temperatures. Do not rely on Respanda for an allergy, health condition, emergency, or decision that requires a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
You may use Respanda only lawfully and for its intended personal or authorized organizational purpose. Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade quotas or security controls, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer protected components, upload malware or unlawful material, misuse another person’s data, automate abusive traffic, or use generated content to deceive or harm others. We may investigate suspected abuse and reasonably limit harmful activity.
Your content and sharing
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You give Respanda a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to uploaded content and must avoid unnecessary personal data. Anyone with an active recipe share link may view its contents, so revoke links or delete the underlying recipe when sharing is no longer intended.
Plans, quotas, and payment
The Free plan includes 10 and Respanda Plus includes 1,000 AI requests per UTC calendar month. Plus is offered at €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year, including applicable taxes unless checkout clearly states otherwise. AI requests are counted when processing begins; failed server requests may be restored. Unused requests do not roll over. Stripe processes payment, and subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled. The checkout screen controls if its current price or billing details differ from this summary.
Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and Plus access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the account also requests cancellation but does not by itself create a refund. Any mandatory withdrawal, refund, conformity, or cancellation rights under applicable consumer law remain available. Where immediate performance of a digital service is requested, the legal effect on a withdrawal right depends on the consent collected at checkout and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Respanda available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, legal requirements, or product development may change or temporarily suspend features. We will use reasonable care and provide reasonable notice of material reductions to paid functionality when practicable.
Respanda intellectual property
The service, brand, interface, software, and original materials are owned by Respanda or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of Respanda technology or third-party services.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Respanda is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated and any mandatory statutory guarantees. Respanda is not responsible for choices made from unverified AI output or for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using Respanda or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, serious or repeated breach, unlawful use, or protection of users and providers. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, liability, disputes, and content already shared survive as required by their nature.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator, without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Please first raise a dispute with the operator so it can be investigated. You may also use any competent consumer-advice, alternative-dispute-resolution, supervisory, or court process available under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, security needs, provider requirements, or law. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way before taking effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, but changes will not retroactively remove rights already earned under mandatory law.

Respanda handles privacy, legal, and subscription questions. You can use the account controls in Settings for common data requests. When a contact address is displayed below, use it for requests that cannot be completed in the application.
